We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-groomed Host/BD Executive to stand at the front of our restaurant in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. This person will be the first point of contact for potential customers — greeting passersby, engaging them politely, sharing menu highlights, and encouraging them to dine in. Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality are essential. Sales experience or customer-facing roles will be a plus.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Stand at the restaurant entrance or podium and greet potential customers warmly.

• Initiate polite and engaging conversations with walk-by or hesitant customers.

• Highlight daily deals, popular dishes, or ongoing promotions.

Image & Presentation

• Maintain a smart, clean, and professional appearance at all times

• Represent the brand with a cheerful, confident, and friendly demeanor.

Crowd Handling

• Coordinate with inside hosts/waiters to ensure timely seating of arriving guests.

• Help manage small queues during busy hours with courtesy and clarity.

Sales & Outreach

• Actively promote dine-in offers or special events to attract foot traffic.

• Identify repeat customers and build friendly rapport.

5. Market Observation

• Keep an eye on footfall trends and customer preferences.

• Provide feedback to management on public responses, competitor activities, etc.

Coordination

• Share customer preferences and suggestions with internal teams (kitchen/waitstaff).

• Work closely with BD/marketing to support campaigns or outdoor visibility.

7. Basic Reporting

• Maintain a simple log of daily customer walk-ins and inquiries.

• Assist with collecting feedback when appropriate.
