Job Description:
Responsible for supporting delivery and quality assurance of capacity building and related activities of Aawaz II. She/he will work closely with Programme Management Unit (PMU) and Downstream Partners (DSP).
Main Responsibilities:
Quality assurance:
- Develop a quality assurance plan.
- Support Capacity Building Manager with inputs on the capacity building plan relevant to quality assurance.
- Develop quality assurance tools for capacity building activities for downstream partners (DSPs).
- Implement and track execution of quality assurance tools and results.
- Ensure execution of quality assurance tools for learning events, consultations and other programme activities.
- Conduct pre and post-assessments of capacity building sessions and provide analysis for future actions.
Capacity Building:
- Arrange and coordinate partners forum, planning meetings, refreshers on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) systems and Management Information System (MIS), and progress review meetings on MIS data entry.
- Assist in effective execution of capacity building activities in line with behaviour change.
- Provide support for the development and execution of capacity building material and products
Liaison with Partners:
- Coordinate and follow-up on action plans and decisions from capacity building session (e.g. social accountability, digital literacy) and meetings (e.g. Learning forums, planning meetings).
- Support development and implementation of participatory approaches for behaviour change interventions with communities and other stakeholders.
- Provide support to partners for compiling and developing impact stories of capacity building activities on thematic issues.
Reporting and knowledge products:
- Produce high-quality reports on the impact of cascade sessions.
- Provide research support for developing evidence-based papers and reports.
- Analyse digital campaigns outreach of youth volunteers, provide guidance and supervise ACAs campaigns.
- Collect and compile data, numbers and testimonials for progress reports (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Master's in Social Sciences or any other relevant field
- Experience of capcity building and community engagement will be preferred
- Knowledge of inclusion specifically focusing on rights of women, youth, religious minorities, PWDs, and other vulnerable groups.
