Terms of Reference (TORs) – HR Intern

Purpose:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks and HR operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR processes within a research-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews).
• Help maintain HR databases and update employee records.
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires and interns.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and reports.
• Organize and support internal HR events or training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
