Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential customers.

- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in retail sales, ideally within industries such as paint, FMCG, construction, or lubricants.
