Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and enhancing market presence within the paint and construction industry.

Responsibilities

Leverage existing networks to generate new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including painters, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of paint products and construction industry trends within the local market.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BA) or Commerce (B.Com).
At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the paint or construction industry.
Preferable experience in lead generation within painter and contractor networks.
