Established in 1991, Shifa Foundation (sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. Islamabad) is a Not-for-Profit organization working in the areas of health, nutrition, education, and community development across Pakistan.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from reputable and registered printing vendors/firms based in Karachi for the provision of printing materials and related services for its project offices in Pakistan.

Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations as per the specifications and quantities mentioned in the attached documents.

erms & Conditions

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.
• The deadline for submission of quotations is 10 June, 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
• All printing items will be delivered to the Karachi Office; therefore, delivery charges must be included in the quoted rates.
• The agreement will remain valid until 31 December, 2026, with a possibility of extension.
• Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes, including GST and WHT.
• Payment will be processed within 20 working days after submission of invoice/bill.
• Payment will be made through crossed cheque in favor of the company/business.
• Only vendors having offices in Karachi will be considered.
• Please clearly mention “Quotation for Printing Material HO” on the envelope.
• Vendors are required to provide relevant samples as mentioned in the attached documents.

Technical Requirements

Interested vendors must submit the following documents along with their quotations:

a. Company Registration Certificate
b. NTN Certificate
c. Sales Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable)
d. Company Profile with relevant experience
e. List of similar assignments/projects completed
f. Copies of Purchase Orders/Contracts/Completion Certificates
g. Evidence of Financial Capacity (Previous 1-year Bank Statement)
h. Active Taxpayer List (ATL) Status

• The lowest quoted rate shall not be the sole criterion for selection.
• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to visit the printing press/facility for further evaluation.
