Shifa Foundation, a non-profit and non-governmental organization implementing projects in various districts of Punjab, Sindh, and Islamabad, invites sealed bids from registered suppliers, vendors, transport companies, and rent-a-car service providers for the provision of vehicle rental services on monthly and daily rental basis.

Required Vehicles

1. Changan Karwaan

Model 2020 or above (998 CC)
Seating Capacity: 7 Persons
Fuel Type: Petrol
AC & Heater
Good working condition
Equipped with Tracker, Tool Box, Toe Chain, Jumper Wire, Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Box
With Driver
Fuel will be provided by Shifa Foundation

Locations: Karachi, Islamabad & Districts of Punjab

2. Sedan Car

Model 2018 or above
Engine Capacity: 1300 CC or above
Seating Capacity: 4 Persons
Fuel Type: Petrol
AC & Heater
Literate Driver
Equipped with Tracker, Tool Box, Toe Chain, Jumper Wire, Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Box
Fuel will be provided by Shifa Foundation

Locations: Karachi, Islamabad & Any District of Punjab

3. Hiace Van

Model 2007 or above
Fuel Type: Petrol/Diesel
AC & Heater
Good working condition
With Driver
Equipped with Tracker, Tool Box, Toe Chain, Jumper Wire, Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Box
Fuel will be provided by Shifa Foundation

Locations: Jhang, Multan, Jam Pur & Other Districts of Punjab (as required)

Important Notes

Vehicles will be hired on an as-needed basis and contract duration will be according to project life.
Contract may be extended subject to project extension on same rates and terms & conditions.
Shifa Foundation reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities and accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
All vehicles shall be strictly prohibited from being used by company drivers on weekends or after office hours for personal use or any other rental purpose.

General Terms

Lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
Bidders involved in fraudulent or corrupt practices shall be disqualified.
Shifa Foundation reserves the right to cancel or amend the tender process at any stage.
Payments shall be made through cross cheque as per agreed terms.
