Reporting Line: Project Team Lead / Provincial Coordinator

1. Purpose of the Role

The trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions, aimed at enhancing the capacity of participants. The role includes delivering interactive, practical, and participatory sessions tailored to the needs of the participants.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to all the participants as per the curriculum using participatory, gender-sensitive methods
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with the assigned Coordinator and respective Provincial Coordinator for training schedules & venue information
• Ensure that training sessions are conducted as per the agreed schedule and standards
• Ensuring accurate recordings of attendance, pre/post assessments, and other required data/information as per training protocols
• Maintain training quality, ensure adherence to training protocols, and address challenges in real time

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA / F.Sc or equivalent) with preference given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience in delivering training in community-based or institutional settings
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
