2. Senior Civil Engineer

Duty Station: Multan / Project Sites
Duration: 7 months (Dec 2025 – June 2026)
Reporting to: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical supervision of grey and green infrastructure interventions under the Sponge City model (constructed wetlands, recharge wells, drainage systems).
• Develop BOQs, technical drawings, and supervision checklists.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and quality assurance for civil works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and procurement teams for tendering, bid evaluation, and work certification.
• Ensure compliance with national engineering standards and environmental safeguards.
• Prepare progress reports, work completion certificates, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (PEC registration preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in WASH, urban infrastructure, or green construction.
• Knowledge of climate-adaptive and low-impact engineering solutions.
• Strong technical documentation and AutoCAD skills.
