An International Humanitarian Organization is seeking qualified and motivated Enumerators to support data collection for Endline Assessment planned in Districts Quetta, Pishin, and Killa Saifullah. The primary responsibility is to conduct field data collection among Afghan refugees and host communities in Baluchistan province

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Preference given to Local residence in target areas (Quetta, Pishin, Killa Saifullah)
  • Previous experience in Baseline, Endline, PDM, or SMART surveys 
  • Proficiency in Kobo Collect and other digital data collection tools 
  • Strong communication skills in local languages (Pashto/Urdu) 
  • Good working knowledge of English language 
  • Understanding of local culture and community dynamics 
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work effectively both in team and independently

Desirable:

  • Experience working with humanitarian organizations
  • Knowledge of refugee and host community contexts
  • Basic smartphone/tablet operation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct household interviews using structured questionnaires
  • Collect accurate and complete data using digital data collection tools
  • Ensure data quality and adherence to survey protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during data collection 
  • Report daily progress to the survey supervisor 
  • Participate in pre-survey training and briefing sessions

Mission: Ensure compliance with gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies;

This position is responsible for:

  • Read and ensure a full understanding of Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies
  • Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens
  • Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
