The Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP) seeks a qualified Consultant/Firm to assess the PATRIP III & IV projects implemented in Quetta, Noshki, Zhob, Killa Saifullah, Chaman, and Chaghi, funded by the PATRIP Foundation. PATRIP III & IV support development in Pakistan–Afghanistan border districts by improving access to healthcare, education, and disability services for host communities and Afghan refugees. Interventions include construction/rehabilitation of hospitals, dialysis and trauma centres, higher-secondary schools, a disability rehabilitation facility, and implementation of capacity building, vocational training, and community mobilization activities.
