NOTICE INSURANCE SERVICES

HELVETAS an International INGO intends to hire the services of eligible Insurance Company(ies) for the following Insurance Services; having established office(s) at Islamabad, duly registered with SECP and relevant tax authorities, and having minimum rating of “AA” from PACRA:

Congential Condition

1. Closing date and time for submission of quotations:

November 10, 2025 by 1100 Hrs

2. Submission of tenders

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation, First Floor, Plot No. 11, I&T Centre, G-6/1-1, Islamabad.

3. Language of offers

All quotation documents are to be submitted in English

4. Period of validity of offers

All bids must be valid till 90 days with effect from the RFQ closing date.

5. Currency

Pakistani Rupee

6. Terms& Conditions

The prices must be inclusive of all taxes.
Company must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.

7. Evaluation of quotations

Lowest price will not be the sole criteria; Experience, coverage, claim processing time, financial soundness and previous experience will also be considered.

8. Cancellation of the quotation procedure

The evaluation committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.

9. Data protection

Helvetas guarantees that all procurement activities are fully and transparently documented for internal or donor audit purposes. Helvetas guarantees confidentiality of the procurement process.
