Job Description

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

• Engage local institutions and ensure representation and participation of women and vulnerable groups.
• Organize and support training events at the community level focused on livestock management, business skills, and MSM development.
• Coordinate training logistics, materials, and follow-up sessions.
• Work with community institutions to identify and prepare cases
• Ensure proper documentation, verification, and coordination
• Identify potential livestock-related entrepreneurs and support them in developing sustainable MSM.
• Provide field-level technical and advisory support to MSM beneficiaries.
• Conduct regular field visits to follow up with beneficiaries of livestock restocking and MSM support.
• Gather updates on business progress, identify issues, and provide on-ground solutions or escalate as needed.

Qualification & Experience

Masters / Graduation degree with 2 years of relevant experience in social mobilization and community engagement

Note: For all district-based positions, the applicants from the respective districts will be given preference.
