Job Description:

The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:

• Monthly Project Reviews and planning for the schemes to be completed.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Project lead.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports / documents to Finance to ensure timely releases.
• Provide feedback to Project lead on current programme.
• Strong liaison through regular interactions with District Administration, Public representatives and other stakeholders.
• Technical backstopping and provision of guidance to Senior Engineering and Field Engineers to Conduct Technical feasibility of Projects, ensure effective design and quality construction according to agreed specifications.
• Close coordination with programme team for Social feasibility, simultaneous to Technical feasibility
• With the help of Manager PMER conducts surveys, Studies, data analysis and investigations as needed.
• Provide Input and feedback to Project lead on Infrastructure related matters of the projects.
• Train, Coach & develop, programme teams based in HO as well as District offices.

Qualification & Experience

Masters / BE Civil engineer with 7 years of relevant experience in community based physical infrastructure projects
