About the Project:
National Integrated Development Association (NIDA-Pakistan)is seeking experienced vocational trainers for a skill enhancement program funded by Zakat Foundation of America (ZFA) aimed at empowering marginalized communities. The program is designed to uplift vulnerable youth and women through vocational training, providing them with the skills needed to secure employment or establish their own businesses in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and South Punjab.
Key Responsibilities:

Vocational Training Delivery:

Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions in the following trades:
For Males:

Mobile Repairing
-
Plumbing
-
Mason & Tile Fixture
-
Welding
-
Auto Mechanic (Bike, Car, Tractor)

Solar System Technician/Electrician
-
Building Electrician
For Females:
-
Industrial Stitching/Tailoring
-
Dress Designing/Embroidery
-
Beautician
-
Bakery
-
Dairy Products Processing
-
Food Products Processing
-
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
-
Graphic Designing
-
Cooking & Baking
-
Adda Work

Ensure 80% practical sessions to equip trainees with hands-on skills, making them job-ready.

Training Material & Equipment:
-
Ensure that all training materials (manuals, handbooks, etc.) and consumables (tools, safety equipment) are provided as per the approved curriculum.

Assessment & Certification:
-
Conduct pre- and post-training assessments for trainees.

Market Placement & Linkages:
-
Assist trainees with job placement, including connecting them with local and international markets for both wage and self-employment opportunities.

Regularly follow up with employed trainees for feedback on job performance.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of attendance, training progress, and placement outcomes.

Submit monthly progress reports, documenting training success stories and evidence of outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Education: Minimum Diploma or Certification in the relevant trade.

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in vocational training or technical education, particularly in the trades specified.

Skills:
-
Strong communication skills in Urdu and/or local dialects.
-
Ability to deliver hands-on training and ensure high practical engagement.

Certifications: NAVTTC or similar accreditation is highly preferred.

Location: Willingness to travel and provide training in Rawalpindi/Islamabad or South Punjab.

Contract Duration: Short-Term Contract for 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.
