Job Description 

Job Title:                      Manager  Operations 

Duty Station:                Head Office, Islamabad    

Reporting to:               CEO/Director RADS 

 

Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a for-profit private sector research, technical assistance, surveys and monitoring organization working with government, donors, and NGO partners.  

 

Position Objective: 

Responsible for managing overall operations of the organization including Administration, Procurement,  Human Resource Management. Operations Manager will be responsible for complete cycle of planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, internal and external compliance of operations.  

 

Responsibilities  

Admin & Procurement  

  • Review, analyze and evaluate all administration and procurement operations for course correction. 
  • Responsible for overall supervision of administration and procurement section. 
  • Ensure transparent and effective procurement system. 
  • Support and ensure administrative and logistic support to all program operations. 

 

Compliance & Coordination  

  • Lead coordination and integration of inter-operations departments and programs. 
  • Ensure compliance of all regulatory bodies. 
  • Responsible for effective implementation of policies and procedures related to administration & procurement and HR. 
  • Ensure that all Finance, HR, Admin and procurement policies and SOPs implementation. 

 

IT & Systems Support

  • Possess practical skills to independently handle basic IT troubleshooting (e.g., resolving common laptop issues, addressing Microsoft Planner or other Office 365 application errors, and managing minor software glitches).
  • Ensure routine system updates and maintain smooth functionality of laptops and other office devices.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to staff for minor IT problems to minimize downtime.

 

Our Requirements. 

Experience: 10-12 years of Operations and compliance and Admin, Procurement and Human Resource departments in the development sector,(NGOs) or Corporate sector.  

Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource or Management will be preferred.  

Location: On-site Islamabad/Rawalpindi based with travel as required

  • Ability to function and build adaptive institutional systems in a growth environment
