Job Description:

To oversee and support the effective management of schools under the Sindh Education Foundation and Punjab Education Foundation programs by ensuring quality education delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role will strengthen coordination, monitoring, and reporting systems to enhance school performance and learner outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide guidance to Cluster Coordinators overseeing the schools.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between Cluster Coordinators, Head Teachers, and the regional office.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments of learners’ academic performance in all assigned schools and ALP Centers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed assessment reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping in schools, including attendance registers, GR registers, lesson plans, and timetables.
  • Verify that all records are updated and accurately maintained.
  • Coordinate with Cluster Coordinators and Head Teachers to ensure the availability of basic facilities in schools (water, sanitation, furniture, etc.).
  • Report facility gaps and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting formats, and deadlines.
  • Ensure timely admissions of students as per education board requirements.
  • Promote and encourage students to apply for scholarship opportunities.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of teachers and students through Cluster Coordinators.
  • Address attendance issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports.
  • Document best practices, challenges, and success stories for organizational learning.
  • Support in school improvement and development initiatives and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in social sciences or an equivalent discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of School Management, particularly in Sindh and Punjab Province.
  • Excellent typing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the education management sector.
  • Open to residents of Sindh, with preference given to local candidates.
