Ensure the efficient and timely support to the program department (s) on daily basis within the domains of their day-to-day business operation.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

Ensure the timely support to program department especially under the inclusive humanitarian action projects for Sindh and KP. He/She will be responsible of the below main tasks.

  • Day to day support in the IHA Projects i.e. follow-up with different departments
  • Reconciling actual expenditures from the invoices to make quick decisions in terms of any
  • under spending
  • Documentation and filing
  • Updating contact list of the AAP WG Partners
  • Assisting Inclusion Specialist by taking meeting minutes
  • Coordination with AAP co-chairs to define messages in the emergency
  • Coordination with the communication officer to develop different materials for the project
  • Any other tasks as assigned by department head/Line manager

Job characteristics and general Mission:

  • Familiarity and/or experience with NGOs and international organizations
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and meet short deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter, responsible, mature, highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Good coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Good command on written and spoken English
  • Willing to work in office as well as to travel to field when required
  • Willing to work in team as well as independently
  • Any experience of same nature will be advantageous
