Job Description:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintain data integrity, support reporting, and stay updated on relevant tools and procedures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for accurate and timely data entry of ACF data during each activity - including all forms and reports collected from field and lab teams.
• Ensure completeness and consistency of records and coordinate with Study Coordinator for daily submissions. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data and support in preparation of periodic summaries.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on emerging diagnostic tools and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, IT, or any relevant discipline with minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in health projects. OR

• Intermediate degree in Computer Sciences, IT, or any relevant discipline with minimum 2 year of experience in data entry, preferably in health projects.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Typing speed and accuracy, Basic data management and analysis, Familiarity with Excel and mobile data entry apps
• Confidentiality and attention to detail.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in fast-paced field project, good communication skills.
