Job Description:

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To manage mobile X-ray screenings with a focus on technical readiness, team oversight, data quality, and coordination with program teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing Mobile X-ray team and ensuring smooth execution of ACF screening with AI-equipped portable X-rays.
  • Ensure machine readiness, timely submission of reports, technical troubleshooting, and data completeness.
  • Lead hiring and training of X-ray technicians and ensure safeguarding principles during outreach.
  • Coordinate closely with M&E and program leads for reporting.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on emerging diagnostic tools and technologies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline, preferably MBBS.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in field team management. Experience with health sector NGOs preferred.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Team management, technical oversight, Reporting, Training facilitation, Coordination, Mobile health operations, Data entry supervision, Digital tools proficiency.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel. Familiarity with TB protocols, X-ray equipment, and safeguarding standards.
  • Strong communication and planning abilities.
