AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Lady Medical Officer for its Health Centre in Uch Sharif, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be fully aware of the mission statement and key objective of the AKHS, P and endeavors to implement with team spirit within the department.
• Provide high quality professional Obs/Gyn clinical care to the patients.
• Ensure proper investigation of the patient and identify unresolved problems
• Conducts deliveries of normal cases and supervise deliveries being conducted by Nurses / Midwifes.
• Handles all emergency cases, seeks LHV/Nurse assistance when required, and maintains an emergency case register.
• Extend full support to field staff in terms of implementation of HMIS tools, accuracy of data and reviewing and work closely with other team members.
• Ensure objectives, targets and indicators are achieved according to said plan and act proactively for improving utilization and revenue generation and Work towards sustainability.
• Conduct Adult health and School Health Screening and register diabetic patients according to the protocols.
• Proper implementation of different programs (IMNCI, IYCF, SDM, DGEP, Life skills, Mental Health, Quality assurance, Infection control) according to protocols
• Improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of health education program
• Participate in outreach visits to coordinate special activities, as required.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

• MBBS with Valid PMDC
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to conduct clinical services in a nice and professional manner
• Demonstrate positive and receptive attitude with all the stakeholders
