Project Overview:

Pathfinder, in collaboration with UNFPA, is seeking an experienced Consultant to develop a three-year Costed Action Plan to support the effective implementation of the Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act, Sindh 2013. This plan will include detailed financial frameworks, strategic interventions, timelines, and monitoring mechanisms to enhance interdepartmental coordination and ensure accountability.

The consultant will work closely with relevant government departments (Women Development Department, SHRC, Law, Police, Health, Finance, P&D) and stakeholders to carry out situational analyses, stakeholder consultations, and prepare a comprehensive and actionable plan.

Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, have at least 12 years of relevant experience including 7+ years working with high-level stakeholders, and demonstrate expertise in gender, GBV, and policy development.
