IRC invites sealed bids from eligible consulting firms for provision of Competency-based Refresher training of Community Midwives (CMWs) in district Chagai & Chaman, Balochistan, Pakistan. Interested contractors/firms can download the Request for Proposal (RfP)/bidding documents from the following link: www.brightspyre.com/rescue For any clarifications regarding the terms and conditions of the RfP and bidding documents, inquiries can be sent via email to [email protected]. Questions regarding the RfP/Bidding documents must be submitted by Monday June 16, 2025.

A virtual (online) pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 11:00 hours. To join the meeting, please send a request to [email protected]  and IRC will share the access link.

The sealed bids must be submitted on or before Monday June 23, 2025, to the office address provided in the RfP. Bidders are requested to submit their best price offers in sealed bids, as no negotiations are expected after bid opening.

Note: IRC reserves the right to award the contract to a single contractor/company or split the contract as needed. The organization also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the entire bidding process without assigning any reason thereof.
