Job Description:

A non-profit organization operating in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) is seeking qualified candidates for its Girls' Education Project in Districts Mansehra and Battagram.   • In-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s education system, particularly within the KP context, including public education policies and structures.

  • Involvement in girls’ education initiatives, as well as understanding of child protection, gender equality, and safeguarding principles.

  • Experience in data collection, assessments, and organizing community events, including school-level activities and parent engagement sessions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with community members, school staff, and local leaders.

Bachelor’s degree / DAE in civil engineering. 

  • Minimum 5 years of field-based experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure project implementation, preferably within the NGO.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, quality assurance, and safety compliance standards.

  • Experience in contractor management and working in rural or remote areas.

  • Ability to prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) in alignment with engineering standards.

  • Strong knowledge of MEL frameworks, methodologies, tools, and indicator tracking aligned with project goals and donor requirements.
