A national non-governmental organization (NGO) invites sealed bids from reputable and qualified firms, duly registered with the Income Tax Department, with adequate technical and financial capabilities, for the procurement of 2,190 student learning kits and 50 sports kits for Swat.

Terms & Conditions:

Request for Bidding Documents: Interested bidders are required to request the bidding documents electronically by sending an email to [email protected]. The request must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead and attached to the email. 

Submission Requirements: Bidders must complete all provided forms in their entirety. Incomplete submissions will result in automatic disqualification of the bid.

Deadline for Submission: Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on March 3, 2025.

Format of Submission: Bids must be typed and submitted on the company’s original prescribed letterhead, signed, stamped, and sealed.

Bid Documents/Securities: Bidders must submit the original Bid Documents and a 2% Bid Security either via registered mail or by physically delivering them to the office. An acknowledgment of receipt will be provided.

List of Completed Projects: Bidders must submit a list of completed projects, including verified confirmation letters from clients, detailing their satisfaction with the completed work. Contact information for the clients must be included.

Accuracy of Information: Firms providing false or unsubstantiated information will be disqualified at any stage of the tendering process and may be subject to legal action.

Bid Responsiveness: If the technical or financial analysis is deemed unconvincing, the bid will be declared non-responsive, without forfeiture of the bid security.

Right to Reject: The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons.
