• Oversee and guide all NDT operations, including Visual Testing (VT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures, ensuring alignment with ASNT standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the deployment of advanced NDT techniques and technologies to meet and exceed industry benchmarks.

2. Technical Expertise and Innovation:

• Provide expert-level solutions for complex inspection challenges, including defect analysis, material characterization, and structural assessments.
• Drive the adoption of innovative inspection methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in testing operations.
• Ensure continuous improvement by staying ahead of industry advancements and integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques.

3. Training, Mentorship, and Certification:

• Train and certify Level I and II NDT personnel, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to ASNT certification standards.
• Act as a mentor for technical teams, fostering a culture of precision, innovation, and accountability.
• Conduct skill development programs to ensure the workforce remains industry-leading in NDT expertise.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Establish and enforce robust QA/QC systems for all inspection projects, ensuring compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and other relevant standards.
• Perform audits and risk assessments to maintain the highest quality and reliability in inspection operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality deviations.

5. Client Engagement and Project Execution:

• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide technical insights, and deliver superior inspection outcomes.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during client audits, regulatory inspections, and project review meetings.
• Ensure seamless project execution by effectively coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Develop detailed, comprehensive inspection reports, ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain meticulous records of certifications, project data, and compliance documentation for internal and client use.
• Utilize advanced software and digital tools for data analysis and reporting.

7. Safety and Risk Management:

• Uphold the highest safety standards across all inspection activities, ensuring adherence to HSE protocols.
• Identify potential risks in operations and implement preventive measures to safeguard personnel and equipment.

Educational and Certification Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field).
• Valid ASNT Level 3 certifications in VT, UT, RT, MT, PT.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications: API 510/570/653, CSWIP 3.2, or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing, with a proven track record of leading inspection operations in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, and Heavy Fabrication sectors.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead technical teams and drive operational excellence.
