1. Conducting Inspections:

  • API 653 Inspections: Perform thorough evaluations of aboveground storage tanks to ensure they are compliant with industry regulations and in excellent operational condition. This includes visual inspections, thickness measurements, and defect assessments.
  • API 570 Inspections: Carry out detailed inspections of in-service piping systems, ensuring their integrity, compliance with safety regulations, and preventing potential hazards related to corrosion, leaks, or mechanical damage.
  • API 510 Inspections: Inspect pressure vessels to determine their structural integrity, mechanical reliability, and compliance with engineering standards. This involves non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, visual examination, and reviewing prior reports for consistency.
  • Execute all inspections using the most advanced equipment and methodologies to deliver reliable and accurate results.

2. Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze inspection data to identify potential risks, defects, or non-compliance with API standards. Provide in-depth evaluations of the inspected equipment.
  • Report Preparation: Create comprehensive and clear reports that document findings, provide recommendations for repairs, and suggest corrective actions. Reports should include visual evidence, such as photographs, drawings, and measurements.
  • Documentation and Traceability: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, modifications, and certifications for regulatory audits and client reviews.

3. Compliance with Industry Standards and Safety:

  • Adhere to the API 653, API 570, and API 510 inspection codes, and ensure all inspections meet industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, ISO, and relevant local regulations.
  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety by following health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel and stakeholders.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the latest industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in all inspections.

4. Client Interaction and Consultation:

  • Client Liaison: Act as a key technical advisor, providing expert consultation to clients on maintaining the integrity of tanks, piping, and pressure vessels.
  • Consultation on Repairs and Maintenance: Offer strategic advice on effective maintenance schedules, damage prevention, and modifications required to extend the lifespan of inspected equipment.
  • Audit Support: Support clients during audits, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring all inspections are fully compliant with internal and external auditing standards.

5. Quality Assurance and Documentation:

  • Ensure that all inspection processes, including reporting and corrective action recommendations, meet the highest quality standards set by internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of inspection documentation through advanced digital tools and real-time reporting systems.
  • Ensure proper archival of all inspection records, reports, and certificates for both historical tracking and future audits.
