Wajedo International is hiring a UDF Inspector with a solid background in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performing inspections in industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ultrasonic flaw detection inspections on equipment and structures.
• Interpret and analyze test results to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain inspection records.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure all inspections meet the required codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical) from a recognized institution.
• UFD (Ultrasonic Flaw Detection) Certification (Level 2 or higher) is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as ASNT Level 2 in UT, RT, VT, MT, or PT will be an advantage.
• Training or qualifications in industry-specific codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM) is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performing Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) inspections in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze test results, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of NDT methods and equipment.

• Expertise in Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) and other Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.
• Strong report writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
