Project Overview:
A project in Swat District, KP, aims to promote social cohesion by empowering youth and creating sustainable pathways for peace and stability in the region through social entrepreneurship.

Job Role:
The Digital Skills Trainer will conduct training to enhance participants' digital skills, focusing on using various tools and platforms for social entrepreneurship, and content creation.

Key Deliverables

2. Develop Training Modules	- Design a curriculum on the use of tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and free video editing tools to generate effective content. -Session on content creation including basics of photography /videography, SEO and Influencer engagement. -Session on misinformation and disinformation -A brief introduction to Freelancing -Online Ethical communication, research, data collection and factchecking,	- Training curriculum and materials	February 2025
3. Conduct Training Sessions	- Facilitate workshops on digital tools and techniques Output Trainees develop social media post- one video/Reel, one static post with engaging captions and hashtags for their social enterprises on multiple SM platforms.	- Trainees develop a Logo for their social enterprise -Hands on experience – investigate a report known to be Mis or disinformation Trainees develop at least one social media post- one video/Reel and one static post with captions and hashtags for their social enterprises using the tools/softwares they learnt during class Workshop Pictures and attendance	February 2025

Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Media, or related fields.
Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in conducting digital skills training.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and video editing software.
Experience working with youth or vulnerable communities is an advantage.

Skills Requirements:

Strong facilitation skills with an interactive training approach.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and tools.
Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Pashto.
Analytical skills for assessing training impact.

Terms of Payment:

First Payment (30%) – Upon submission of Deliverable 1 (Needs Assessment Report).
Second Payment (30%) – Upon completion of Deliverables 2 and 3 (Training Curriculum and Workshops).
Final Payment (40%) – Upon submission of Deliverable 4 (Post-Training Evaluation Report).
