Tender Description

Vision Trust invites sealed quotations from reputable and registered vendors for the provision of vehicle rental services with drivers for our operational and field activities in Karachi. The required vehicle type is a Toyota Corolla, and the rental arrangements may be on a daily or monthly basis as per project requirements. 

Scope of Services

The vendor will be responsible for:

1. Providing a Toyota Corolla in good condition (model 2021 or later).
2. Supplying a licensed, experienced, and professional driver.
3. Ensuring regular vehicle maintenance and fuel availability during the rental period.
4. Offering flexible rental options (daily or monthly basis). 

Vendor Requirements

Interested vendors must meet the following criteria:

• Registered with relevant authorities and able to provide a valid NTN certificate.
• Proven experience in providing vehicle rental services for similar organizations.
• Ability to ensure vehicle availability on demand.
• Competitive pricing for both daily and monthly rental options.
