We are hiring 3 candidates: 1 Male and 1 Female for Karachi, and 1 Male for Hyderabad.
JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent would be responsible for mobilization of trainees, administration of training, supervising trainers, monitor the trainees, make sure to follow the Organization training Curriculum and day to day affairs of the training and ensure maintain accurate data of trainees.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Extend support and facilitation to Project Lead to achieve the project’s set outcomes/deliverables.
- Manage and conduct training orientation sessions and develop its materials including training schedule and work plan.
- Implement the donor funded training as per set norms & standards of Organization.
- Monitor and manage the training of staff & volunteers to produce desired results and make efforts to develop a professional pool of visiting instructors and volunteers.
- Keep and maintain the relevant records including attendance of trainees, trainers, visit reports, trainee’s documents, stipend records, results of internal and external exams reports.
- Review, understand and ensure the proper implementation of the set policies, procedures, rules of business and standards for the smooth management of projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with trainers and project staff to review progress, develop action plans and manage follow-ups.
- Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
- Coordinate and manage parents/guardian, trainers and trainees’ day to day affairs at training center.
- Develop questionnaires/forms and format for regular data collection aimed at efficient monitoring and effective implementation of projects in coordination with project coordinator.
- Maintain/update office files & necessary resource material and documentation following Organization established standard procedures.
- Assure timely reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual – both qualitative & quantitative & need based)
- Facilitate M & E and Third-Party Monitoring teams and ensure the provision of relevant records.
- Ensure the timely compliance of observation and take remedial measures to improve the quality of services.
- Ensure timely registration of trainees with the relevant examination/certification agency.
- Complete the trainee’s record pertaining to their registration and certification with certification agencies including TTB, NAVTTC and TEVTA etc.
- Develop and share success stories and case studies to the project Lead for review and further dissemination.
- Report the untoward incident to senior management for immediate action.
- Any other tasks given from time to time.
Professional Experience and Competencies:
- Master’s degree in hospitality & Tourism management/social sciences
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NGO or a reputed training institute in hospitality
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills, community mobilization skills and sound IT skills are essential.
