Qualification:
- MBA / MPA from HEC Recognized University (Candidates having LLB will be given preference)
Experience:
- Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. (Experience of working in Oil & Gas Sector will be an advantage)

Duties and Responsibilities:.
- Dealing with Collective Bargaining Agents.
- Handing Labor Contracts and Apprentices.
- Incident and accident reporting with Mines Directorate.
- Interpreting and advising on Labor Laws.
- Coordination with Local Administration.
- Handling Labor Canteen.
- Preparation and Maintenance of Mines Act Register.
- Involvement in Legal Cases.
- Renewal of various Licenses.
- Dealing in Accommodation and Mess matters.
- Arrangements for functions and ceremonies.
- Preparation of Contractors’ monthly bills.
- Attendance and over time records.
- Preparation of WWPF payment lists.
- Pension and Gratuity matters.
- Handling all the Union related matters.
- Handling Insurance and Death Claims.
- Liaison with EOBI and preparation of monthly EOBI contribution details.
