Relevant Experience:
- Masters’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and social media analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and basic graphic design software is a plus.

Job Description:
1. Website Management and SEO Optimization
- Oversee and update the company’s website regularly to ensure it reflects current services, certifications, and relevant industry trends in the inspection sector.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility in target markets (e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, food safety).
- Create and publish valuable, SEO-optimized content such as case studies, client testimonials, whitepapers, and blog articles to position the company as an industry leader.
- Implement UX/UI improvements with the design team to enhance user experience, ensuring easy access to service information, certifications, and resources.
2. Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s business goals and target audience in the inspection industry.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), focusing on industry-related content such as inspection trends, regulatory updates, and client success stories.
- Create and curate engaging posts, infographics, videos, and testimonials to highlight the company’s services and industry expertise.
- Use social media analytics tools to track engagement, measure performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights for continuous improvement.
- Actively engage with followers and industry groups to build a community around the company’s services.
3. Content Creation and Copywriting
- Write clear, compelling, and informative content for the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Craft case studies, blog posts, articles, and newsletters that highlight industry trends, innovations in inspection services, and regulatory changes affecting clients.
- Create detailed service descriptions, showcasing the company’s expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and certification.
- Develop content that addresses the pain points and needs of different market sectors such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
- Ensure all content is factual, engaging, and aligned with the company’s branding and strategic messaging.
4. Market Research and Target Market Identification
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and assess new market opportunities and potential clients within the inspection and certification sectors.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine marketing strategies.
- Monitor emerging sectors such as environmental inspections, digital inspections, and international regulatory changes, and develop campaigns to target these areas.
- Segment target audiences and create personalized marketing strategies for key sectors like oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, food safety, and construction.
5. Email Marketing Campaigns and Automation
- Design, develop, and manage email campaigns to promote the company’s inspection services, certifications, and client success stories.
- Segment email lists based on client needs and industry sectors to create personalized and relevant email content.
- Track key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for better results.
- Integrate email marketing with automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel, increasing conversion rates and customer retention.
6. Profile Management and Corporate Communications
- Regularly update and optimize the company’s profiles on industry-specific platforms like LinkedIn, Google Business, and professional directories.
