Job Description – Research Manager :
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of analysts to ensure the successful execution of research analysis and projects. This requires high understanding of statistical and econometric models.
- Supervise and use statistical and econometrics models for better quality knowledge products for evidence-based policy making.
- Manage and mentor knowledge unit team, and build the capacity of the team through training of technical software

Reviewing the research analysis and knowledge products.

Assisting in data management and quantitative analysis

Conduct and supervise research for the Knowledge unit

Manage collaboration tasks of Knowledge Unit

Data quality reviews for the data acquired from the Ministry and other sources

Strong proficiency in Reseach and statistical Software R, STATA, SAS, Python.

Produces strong analytical and research base for the company to initiate collaborations on recent avenues with the private sector, to conduct research and provide evidence to the policy makers

Review the trainings manuals and content for the Ministry officials and other stakeholders
-
Supervise all activities of the academia collaboration which include internship program, guest lectures and research collaborations with faculty members

Supervise all activities of the fellowship program

Provide weekly reviews on the work of the research fellows
-
Assisting RADS/AHK-F with data management queries and processes
Job Qualifications
At least a master’s degree preferably in economics, statistics or a related field.
Should have 3-4 years of experience
Excellent pro-ficiency in STATA, R software for statistical analysis.
Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization.
