Job Summary: The Assistant Manager academics will support the Education and Training Manager in developing and implementing training programs across 286 adopted schools. This role focuses on assisting with the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives to enhance the professional development of educators and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue selection and material preparation.
• Support the delivery of training programs, including facilitating sessions and providing technical assistance.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
• Maintain training records and databases.
• Assist in managing training budgets and resources.
• Communicate with school leaders and staff to identify training needs.
• Provide regular updates to the Education and Training Manager on training activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in training coordination or educational program support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
