CARE Pakistan invites proposals from qualified consultancy firms/individual consultants for the assignment titled “Hiring of Consultancy Firm/Individual Consultant for GBV and CEFM Manual Development and Refresher Trainings” under the Aawaz II Project – Inclusion, Accountability, and Reducing Involuntary Servitude Programme (Sindh Component).

The consultancy aims to develop comprehensive GBV & CEFM refresher training manuals/materials and conduct two-day refresher trainings for Aawaz II stakeholders across targeted districts of Sindh. The assignment focuses on strengthening knowledge and practical capacities related to Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), safeguarding, survivor-centered approaches, referral pathways, and community-based prevention and response mechanisms.

The selected consultant/service provider will be responsible for:

• Development of GBV & CEFM training manuals, facilitator guides, toolkits, and learning materials in English, Urdu, and Sindhi.
• Conducting refresher trainings in targeted districts of Sindh.
• Developing assessment tools, referral flowcharts, and job aids.
• Documentation, reporting, and submission of consolidated final reports with recommendations.

The assignment duration is approximately 8–10 weeks. Consultants/firms with demonstrated experience in GBV, safeguarding, protection, gender programming, training facilitation, and manual development are encouraged to apply. Experience working in Sindh and with vulnerable/marginalized communities will be considered an added advantage.
