Foundation for Ageing & Inclusive Development (FAID), a national organization registered with SECP as a non-profit company and licensed under section 42 of the Company Act 2017
Invites sealed (Financial Bids) from eligible bidders for procurement of (Purchasing Of Emergency Relief Items ) under the Emergency-Funded projects. The interested Vendors may submit their Financial & Techincal Bids into sperate envolpes to the below mentioned office address on or before 5:00 PM on 19th July- 2026.

- The quoted rates for each category must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for a minimum period of three (3) months.
- The final financial proposal must include all associated costs, including transportation, branding, packaging, loading, unloading, and any other applicable charges.
- The proposed delivery timeline must be clearly specified in the RFQ/financial proposal and will form part of the evaluation criteria.
- FAID is inviting qualified vendors for a Framework Agreement (FWA) for the supply of Emergency Relief Items. Vendors will be shortlisted based on competitive pricing, technical compliance, relevant experience, and delivery lead time. Quoted prices must include transportation costs to KPK & Sindh (Nowshera, Charsadda, Swat, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Sukkur, Khairpur, Larkana, and Ghotki).
