Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., invites sealed quotations from reputable event management firms, vendors, and service providers for the provision of event management, logistics, equipment, and related services required for conducting Family Health Festivals under the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Project in Karachi.

Scope of Services

The selected firm/vendor will be responsible for providing event management and logistical support, including but not limited to: Complete Details Attached in RFQ.

The quantities mentioned in the RFQ are for one event.

Project Coverage

The ISD Project is being implemented in 15 Union Councils across five districts of Karachi.

• 15 Family Health Festivals are planned during the current quarter.
• Approximately 40 Family Health Festivals will be conducted during the overall project duration.
• The successful vendor may be engaged through a contract or Service Order for conducting 15 events, with services required on an as-needed basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms/vendors should:

• Be legally registered.
• Have relevant experience in event management and logistical services.
• Be capable of providing services in Karachi.
• Possess valid NTN/GST registration (where applicable).
• Submit competitive rates inclusive of all applicable taxes and associated costs.

Important Terms

• Rates must be inclusive of transportation, installation, dismantling, accommodation (if any), labour, and all allied expenses.
• Quoted prices must include all applicable Government taxes (GST/WHT).
• Rates should remain valid up to 31 December 2026.
• Payment will be made through crossed cheque within approximately 20 working days after submission of invoice and satisfactory completion of services.
• Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
