Request for Quotation for the Design, Layout, and Printing of Annual Report (100 Copies)

Sindh Community Foundation invites quotations from qualified firms for the design and four-color printing of the Annual Report for the GBV Prevention Project.

1. Background:

Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) is implementing the GBV Prevention Project with the support of PPAF. As part of project documentation, visibility, and dissemination of achievements, SCF intends to develop and print its Annual Report.

To ensure high-quality presentation and professional standards, SCF requires the services of a qualified printing and design firm. 

2. Purpose of Procurement:

The purpose of this procurement is to hire a professional firm for:

• Designing the Annual Report (layout, formatting, graphics)
• Final printing of 100 high-quality copies

3. Scope of Work:

The selected firm will be responsible for:

a. Design & Layout

• Creative design of the Annual Report (approx. 40–60 pages or as finalized)
• Professional layout, infographics, and formatting
• Incorporation of SCF branding guidelines
• 2–3 revisions based on feedback

b. Printing

• Printing of 100 copies
• High-quality paper (art card cover, offset inner pages)
• Full-color printing
• Proper binding (perfect binding or equivalent)

4. Specifications: 

• Size: A4
• Pages: Approx. 40–60
• Cover: 300 gsm (laminated)
• Inner Pages: 120–150 gsm
• Printing: Full color
• Binding: Perfect binding

5. Deliverables

• Final designed soft copy (PDF + source files)
• 100 printed copies of the Annual Report

6. Timeline

• Design & approval: Within 7–10 days
• Printing & delivery: Within 5–7 days after final approval
