Job Overview
The Beautician will serve as a lead instructor for vocational beauty and personal care courses. You will be responsible for training students in modern aesthetic techniques, ensuring they master both the theory and practical application of cosmetology. Your goal is to empower trainees with the professional skills needed to enter the beauty industry.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate and teach professional techniques in skincare (facials, threading, waxing), hair styling/coloring, and advanced makeup application.

Assist in designing lesson plans that cover hygiene standards, skin anatomy, product chemistry, and salon management.

Guide students in the correct use of professional tools and equipment (e.g., hair steamers, high-frequency facial machines, sterilization tools).

Educate trainees on various cosmetic brands, ingredient safety, and skin type analysis to ensure professional-grade service.

Conduct practical exams to evaluate students' precision in makeup blending, hair cutting, and bridal styling.

Enforce strict sterilization protocols for all tools and work surfaces to maintain a medical grade hygienic environment.

Train students on client consultation etiquette, effective communication, and how to build a loyal clientele.
Requirement

Minimum education required: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com).

01 year Diploma in Cosmetology, Beautician Arts, or a related field from a recognized technical board (like PBTE/TEVTA).

A minimum of 03 years of teaching experience in a beauty school, vocational institute, or a professional salon training academy.

Strong evidence of practical skills in bridal makeup, party makeup, and hair treatments.

Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

A strong sense of color theory, facial symmetry, and current beauty trends.

High level of steady hand coordination for detailed work, such as eyeliner or eyebrow shaping.

Ability to confidently demonstrate techniques in front of a classroom of students.

Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation as a role model for students.
