The Role

If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people, managing projects, and being part of creative ideas, this role is for you.

As a AM CS & BD, you’ll be the link between brands and our creative teams — learning how real campaigns are built from concept to launch.

 What You’ll Do

• Assist in day-to-day communication with clients
• Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams
• Help manage campaigns from idea to execution
• Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Research markets, trends, and competitors
• Participate in brainstorming and review sessions

 Who Should Apply

• Age: 22–32 years
• Passion for advertising, marketing, or communications
• Strong verbal and written skills (Urdu + English)
• Organized, proactive, and good with follow-ups
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
• 2–3 years of experience and also fresh with CAN Do attitude are welcome.
• No strict degree requirement — attitude and communication matter more
• Must have a valid license and own bike/vehicle
