Background & Objective

Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP), in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), is implementing a project to promote green skills and climate-resilient livelihoods for youth.

The consultancy aims to design and deliver training to strengthen the capacity of project teams and partners on green economy concepts and their integration into TVET.

Scope of Work

• Develop a training manual on green skills & green economy
• Conduct 2-day training for ~26 participants
• Cover:
• Core concepts & practical applications
• Climate resilience & TVET linkages
• National frameworks (NAVTTC, TEVTA, GIZ)
• Provide guidance for integrating green skills into programs

Key Deliverables

• Inception Report: 3–5 days after contract
• Training Manual: Within 15 days
• Training Delivery: 2nd week of May 2026
• Final Report: Within 15 days after training

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in relevant field (TVET certification preferred)
• 7–10 years’ experience in green skills / TVET / sustainable development
• Experience in training delivery & manual development
• Knowledge of national frameworks (NAVTTC, TEVTA, GIZ)
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)

1 month (16–20 working days)
