Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing & Business Development Manager ("The Business Builder") with 8+ years of expertise to lead our growth initiatives, build high-value institutional partnerships, and spearhead major commercial and public sector campaigns from Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive aggressive business growth, client acquisition, and tender/proposal submissions for integrated marketing communications.

• Lead high-stakes pitch presentations, strategic media planning, and top-tier client negotiations.

• Oversee 360-degree brand campaigns, digital performance marketing, and audio-visual campaign production.

• Mentor and guide client service and business development teams to ensure high-standard execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.

• Minimum 8+ years of proven leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or corporate business development.

• Exceptional strategic acumen, leadership qualities, and an established network.
