Relief International (RI) in Pakistan invites your submission of a financial bid to provide Staff Group Health Insurance services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents.
RI seeks competent and qualified Staff Group Health Insurance Company to provide the Staff Group Health Insurance services to RI Pakistan Staff and their dependents for one year and this can be extended for another 24 months depending on performance and funding.

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:

The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.

Complete Scope of work (Annex E).

The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.

Valid Copies of official company/organization registration documents and essential certificates.
Full package of bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope; the only information on the envelope should be the following:

Full bid submissions must be received at the address above no later than 29th October 2026at 05:00 PM or 17:00hours Local Time. Failure to meet the submission closing date/time result in the tender being rejected. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the closing date.
