GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

The Provincial Project Manager will provide strategic leadership, overall management, coordination and technical support to Mercy Corps's Tuberculosis Control Program, partners and Team in Baluchistan and forthcoming projects. S/he will be responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational protocols. Moreover, S/he will hold a pivotal position within the Management Team, providing leadership and mentorship to field teams, overseeing staff development, and furnishing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed to smoothly operate MC Baluchistan program, team and office. Additionally, S/he will contribute to the development of new programs, aligning with the country strategy and adhering to MC' global initiatives and policies.
